Recommended in a series, the Q-Switch laser tattoo reduction treatments are quick and can address a variety of colored pigments in the tattoo. We treat the tattoo based on its size, and the number of treatments needed varies on the type of tattoo, when it was applied, the colors, the exposure to sun and placement on the body, and hydration levels in the body prior to and after the tattoo reduction treatment.
The laser will break up the pigment, and it is important to stay hydrated prior to and after your tattoo removal treatment to allow the body to properly flush the pigment from the skin.
We do not treat most permanent makeup tattoos because of the oxidative elements in the ink of the permanent makeup. Please consult us with questions about permanent makeup removal.
Tattoo Reduction
We treat the tattoo based on its size, and the number of treatments needed varies on the type of tattoo, when it was applied, the colors, the exposure to sun and placement on the body, and hydration levels in the body prior to and after the tattoo reduction treatment. Tattoo size ranges from tiny (1”x1”) to large (16”x16”).
We will discuss all variables about your tattoo at consultation.
